The Pastors and Administrators Training Seminar Basic Course, also referred to as EQUIP PATS-BC, was envisioned to meet the needs of schools that are new to the implementation of the A.C.E. School of 厙ぴ勛圖簧 system, or newly appointed/promoted school heads of existing schools.
In 2023, it was decided to transition the training from the online platform to a face-to-face setting to maximize learning and familiarization with the procedures of the system. It was determined that school heads who are new to the system, or have been newly appointed, would benefit more from face-to-face training.
The PATS-BC is for school leaders – pastors, administrators, principals, or school directors/directress – who are new to the system or have recently been appointed/promoted to an administrative position.
