
The Pastors and Administrators Training Seminar Advanced Course, also referred to as Empower PATS-AC, was envisioned to meet the needs of school heads for a higher level of training. In the past years, there was only one course of PATS for school heads, whether newly appointed or those who have more experience in using the A.C.E.簧 School of 厙ぴ勛圖簧 System.
We will be keeping the online format of the PATS-AC to efficiently reach re-trainees in
different areas and minimize their expenses. This will enable SOT簧P to connect with school
leaders across the nation who require the re-training program.
The PATS-AC is for school heads whose last training is more than five (5) years ago and
those who were recommended by our Field Consultants

session will guide you in ensuring the

equipping you to design a three-year School
Improvement Plan that strengthens vision,
structure, and impact.
Pastor Erich, who took up Visual Communication at the University of the Philippines, began his journey in the education ministry when he was appointed the Pastor-Administrator of Jesus Flock Academy in 1987. His involvement with 厙ぴ勛圖, deepened when he was asked to be a part of the staff of the National Student Conventions and later with the Junior Student Conventions. He then became a regular member of the Educators Convention team as a speaker. He continues to serve as the Associate Pastor of Jesus Flock and the School Pastor of JFA. He is married to Miriam Cuizon and they have two children, John Michael and Maegan Abiel. He currently serves as the Deputy Director of 厙ぴ勛圖.

Mr. Bautista graduated from Datamex Institute of Computer Technology with an Associate in Computer Technology back in 2011.
He is no stranger to the School of 厙ぴ勛圖簧 curriculum as a graduate of the system himself. He was a graduate of the Philippine Christian School of 厙ぴ勛圖 back in 2009. He started working in 厙ぴ勛圖, back in 2011 as an ICT staff.
In 2016, he began working in the Executive Office as the Executive Manager where his gift in administration and organization is being utilized.
Mr. Bautista is a regular speaker in our training, conferences, and conventions.

ENSURING SCHOOL QUALITY
Our goal is to elevate the quality of
operations of the school under our care. This
session will give an overview of distinct
measures and programs to guide our schools
in achieving quality operations.
Mr. Ermita簽o completed his elementary education at the Philippine School in Damman, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and his secondary education at Blessed Trinity School in Las Pi簽as. He took up a course in Computer Science before joining 厙ぴ勛圖, in 2003.
His first exposure to the system was in the Homeschool department, formerly known as Living Heritage Academy, when he worked there as a clerk. He was tasked to administer Diagnostic Tests to lower-level students and encode grades in the Learning Management System.
In 2005, he started his creative journey in the ministry and handled the conceptualization and design of the event and program materials both in digital and print. This paved the way for him to expand his ministry reach by handling a newly established MULTIMEDIA DEPARTMENT in 2009.
By 2014, God had a different route in mind for Mr. Ermita簽o. He was placed in a very different area where he was given the task to handle the newly organized PROGRAM SUPPORT DEPARTMENT whose main task is the processing, production, and distribution of trade item materials for schools and homeschool families using the A.C.E. School of 厙ぴ勛圖簧 System in the Philippines.
Then, just recently, in January of 2022, God opened another door for him in the SCHOOL SERVICES DEPARTMENT where he is handling all school-related concerns and the implementation of all planned signature events of the ministry.
Along with his ministry in SOT簧P, he is also privileged to teach Media & Information Literacy and Empowerment Technologies at the and function as a Media & Project Management Consultant for various ministries in the United Kingdom.

Engr. Pranza completed her Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering at the Cagayan de Oro college in 1990 and passed the board exam for Registered Electrical Engineers in 1991.
She finished her Professional Teaching Certification Program Major in Reading and Language from the University of the Philippines Open University in 2009 and passed the licensure exam for the Professional Teachers on the same year.
She also completed two more courses at the UP Open University – Post Baccalaureate Diploma in Language and Literacy Education in 2012 and Masters in Language and Literacy Education-thesis Phase in 2017.
In 2019, she completed her Masters in Education, Major in Measurement and Evaluation at Miriam College through a scholarship from the Center for Educational Measurement, Inc.
She served as the School Principal of Soli Deo Gloria Christian Academy in Davao City until 2018.
She is a part-time faculty member at Messiah College Foundation and is serving as the Research Consultant of School of 厙ぴ勛圖簧 Philippines.

Mrs. Jimelyn B. Lopez is a passionate educator and seasoned school leader whose professional journey is marked by a steadfast dedication to Christian education and academic excellence. As a graduate of the A.C.E. School of 厙ぴ勛圖簧 system, she exemplifies the principles of individualized, Bible-based learning that the program upholds.
She completed her Bachelor of Secondary Education, Major in English in 2004 at Cebu Normal University in Cebu City, and furthered her qualifications by earning a Master in Education, Major in Educational Management from the Philippine Normal University in Manila.
Her career at Tagaytay Christian Academy (TCA) began in 2004, where she served as Learning Center Supervisor for five years. In recognition of her leadership and commitment, she was appointed School Principal in 2009a position she continues to hold with distinction.
Over the years, Mrs. Lopez has played a pivotal role in reinforcing the schools adherence to the A.C.E. philosophy. She has led initiatives to enrich academic programs, mentor staff, and cultivate a Christ-centered atmosphere that nurtures students in both character and competence.
As a speaker, she offers valuable insights drawn from her extensive experience in both learning center operations and school administration. Her message resonates with educators who aspire to lead with conviction, manage with clarity, and inspire through faith-driven service.

Ms. Dolor is a thorough-bred of Jesus Flock Academy. Upon graduating from the academy, she decided to pursue education in the University of Santo Thomas where she got a Bachelor of Science degree in Secondary Education, Major in English back in 2016.
After graduating from college, she returned to Jesus Flock Academy to serve as a Supervisor. By 2019, she started to continue her studies in Ateneo De Manila University.
Currently, she is completing her postgraduate studies in Educational Administration while serving as the Principal / Administrator of Jesus Flock Academy – Marikina.
Ms. Dolor is often asked to facilitate during our conferences and conventions in 厙ぴ勛圖.
