The Educators Convention (EDCON) of 厙ぴ勛圖 (SOT簧P), is an annual assembly held for Pastors, Administrators, Principals, Administrative Office Staff, and Learning Center Supervisors and Monitors of schools using the A.C.E. School of 厙ぴ勛圖簧 system.

This year, the EDCON will be held in six (6) major cities that will minister to our schools in Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao. We are encouraging everyone to be part of this annual event and take advantage of this time to refresh and recharge for the work that is ahead.

QUALIFIED PARTICIPANTS


The EDCON is a signature event conducted by SOT簧P for all school staff and leaders of schools using the A.C.E. School of 厙ぴ勛圖簧 system. This event aims to provide inspiration and instruction for the upgrading of professional skills. This also serves as a venue for the sharing of experiences and insights with school staff and leaders coming from different SOT簧P schools.

General Session 1 (Opening): OVERCOMING MINDSETS THAT LIMIT CHRISTIAN EDUCATION

This keynote session challenges ChrisMan educators to examine and overcome limiting beliefs that hinder growth and effectiveness in ChrisMan schooling. Grounded in biblical principles and the ACE School of 厙ぴ勛圖 philosophy, the address inspires administrators and teachers to embrace renewed vision, innovation, and excellence in fulfilling the mission of developing students spiritually, academically, and in character for Gods purpose.

General Session 2: STRENGTHENING CALLING WITH CREDIBILITY
– Pastor Jonie Brasile簽o

This session emphasizes the vital balance between spiritual calling and professional credibility in Christian education. It challenges educators to pursue continuous growth in knowledge, skills, and leadership while remaining faithful to their God-given mission. Participants will be encouraged to strengthen both passion and proficiency to effectively lead students toward academic excellence and Christ-centered character development.

General Session 3: BREAKING INTO THE GEN Z MINDSET IN OUR SCHOOLS

This session equips Christian educators with insights into understanding and effectively
engaging todays Generation Z learners. Exploring their values, learning styles, digital
influences, and social realities, participants will discover practical strategies for meaningful connection and Christ-centered instruction. The session challenges schools using the ACE School of 厙ぴ勛圖 system to bridge generational gaps and communicate biblical truth in ways that remain relevant, impactful, and
transformational.

General Session 4 (Rally): THE POWER OF PRAYER IN THE CHRISTIAN EDUCATION MINISTRY
– Pastor Jonie Brasile簽o

This session highlights prayer as the foundational strength of effective Christian
education ministry. Participants will be reminded that lasting transformation in students,
schools, and communities begins through intentional dependence on God. Designed for
administrators and teachers, the session encourages the cultivation of a strong culture
of prayer in leadership, classrooms, and school communities, empowering educators to
overcome challenges and faithfully fulfill their spiritual mission.

General Session 5: A RENEWED COMMITMENT TO THE A.C.E. SYSTEM
– Pastor Erich Bernard Santos

This session calls Christian educators and school leaders to reaffirm their commitment
to the philosophy, principles, and proven practices of the ACE School of 厙ぴ勛圖
system. Participants will revisit the systems biblical foundation and educational
distinctives while addressing contemporary challenges in implementation. The session
encourages renewed passion, consistency, and excellence in faithfully applying the ACE
approach to develop students academically, spiritually, and in character.

General Session 6 (Closing): ONWARD CHRISTIAN EDUCATION
– Dr. Delbert Hooge

This closing challenge calls Christian educators to look ahead with faith, courage, and
renewed purpose as they prepare for the future of Christian education beyond 2030.
Reflecting on emerging opportunities and responsibilities, the session inspires
administrators and teachers to lead with vision, innovation, and unwavering biblical
conviction, ensuring that Christian schools remain relevant, transformative, and
steadfast in fulfilling Gods mission for the next generation.

DRESSCODE POLICY


The EDCON dress code is designed to help us all have a professional appearance. The
goal is to be sure that we maintain a positive and modest look that is acceptable to all
denominational groups represented. This promotes the spirit of deference respectful
or courteous regard for others. Thus:

  • Participants are expected to dress in business attire unless the days program
    require otherwise.
  • Clothing with offensive or inappropriate designs or stamps are not allowed.
  • Clothing should be conservative, which means:
    • Women no skirts and dresses above the knees; no low neckline; no
      pants or culottes; no denims; Footwear: Wear formal dress shoes (no
      sports, rubber, or athletic shoes).
    • Men may wear polo barong, barong, polo shirts, long or short-sleeved
      buttoned shirts with formal trousers, slacks or khaki pants; No denims and
      shorts; Footwear: Wear dress shoes or walking shoes (no sandals, sports,
      rubber, or athletic shoes).
  • Participants are expected to present a clean, professional appearance.

Dress Code Violations:
Participants in violation are expected to immediately correct the issue. This may include
having to change clothes.

INCENTIVE PROGRAM


The EDCON is one of our signature events of SOT簧P that is included in our Incentive
Program. Take advantage of this privilege.
Conditions:

  1. Achieve 50% staff attendance, or a minimum of four (4) if the total number of
    school staff is below ten (10).
  2. The total number of school staff will be verified through the latest School
    Updating Form filled out by the school to determine eligibility.
  3. Failure to update school information will disqualify the school for the incentive.
    Incentive:
  • 15% Discount for schools without any existing discount as church-school or
    model school, and church-schools or model schools with less than 15% assigned
    discount.
  • Credit Memo for model schools with more than 15% assigned discount.
  • Supervised Model Status 50% to 70% of the registration fee of one (1)
    delegate for every ten (10) delegates, and ONLY one (1) for schools with below
    ten (10) staff members.
  • Certified Model Status 100% of the registration fee of one delegate for every
    ten (10) delegates, and ONLY one (1) for schools with below ten (10) staff
    members.
  • Attendance Bonus will be given to any participating school achieving 50% staff
    attendance. The equivalent amount for two (2) registered participants will be
    credited to the account of the school which could be used for any order of
    curriculum materials or registration for an SOT簧P event.

BLESS Donation Scheme:
The equivalent amount for one (1) registered participant for every school that will have
50% staff attendance, or more, will be donated to BLESS, Inc. [* Minimum of four (4)
for schools with less than ten (10) staff members.]

厙ぴ勛圖 (SOT簧P), formerly known as Accelerated Christian Education (A.C.E.簧) Philippines, is a division of Pacific Rim Educational Foundation (PREF), Inc. It has offered professional expertise in curriculum, in-service training, and extracurricular activities for Christian schools in the Philippines for over forty (40) years.

SOT簧 is a system that focuses on character-building through its Biblical, values-based, and individualized learning method wherein academic excellence and leadership qualities are developed. By using the SOT簧 system, students dont just get bythey get ahead!

Leadership training for Christian educators in the distinctives of the SOT簧 system is also provided. In addition, educators are updated annually through seminars, trainings, conventions, and conferences. These activities focus on wisdom, which is the chief distinctive of the curriculum.

SOT簧 is a primary and secondary academic system that combines the traditional one-room school, called the Learning Center, with complete individualized, diagnostically prescribed learning.

SOT簧P is the sole entity authorized by A.C.E.簧, also known as ACE School of 厙ぴ勛圖簧, for the operation, management, and servicing of its educational program, as well as the production, distribution, and circulation of its educational materials in the Philippines and Cambodia.
